Clarity

My name is Wren Aigaki-Lander. I help purposeful companies build impact through strong cultures and flexible strategies with a sharply focused values lens.

Step 1

PURPOSE-FOCUSED STRATEGY AND ADVISORY

Both general and project-focused advisory delivered 1:1 with Chief Execs and across senior leadership teams to support purpose-aligned and values-led decision making and strategy.

Step 2

Values-Based Mentoring and Direction

Embedding purpose and values in company culture and practice via:

  • Staff mentoring and strategic direction
  • Supporting learning and development planning and implementation
Step 3

Impact-Oriented Workshops and Sessions

Dynamic work sessions building clear cultures, effective operations and impact:

  • Brand frameworks, purpose, values, product, comms and culture workshops
  • Team visioning, strategy and Away Days
My purpose is to champion 21st century ways of living and working.

The enthusiasm and eagerness – alacrity – I bring to this role is one of my superpowers. I work ‘at large’ with more than 20 years in strategy, communications, and impact-oriented roles, supporting visionary changemakers across the globe.

I absolutely delight in working with leaders and their teams to draw out big visions and plans for change. We find the big headlines and context together and then distill inputs into galvanising language and actionable plans for impact. I am an energetic and dynamic facilitator, purpose-obsessed strategist, values-driven champion of people and direct yet empathetic catalyst for action.

Let’s work together!

Client Comments

“Wren has been a critical friend and mentor in developing our approach to communications, and in honing our values and mission. Personally speaking, I’ve found her knowledge of business development, sustainability and communications expertise a constant source of inspiration and support, which has led to new ways of working and thinking about both my own and our clients’ development.”

“Wren is a genius. A brilliant mix of empathic and results driven, and lots of fun too.
Highly recommended if you need to figure stuff out with your team.”

Oliver Courtney
Associate Director, di:ga Communications

“Wren did a brilliant job ushering us through a pacey but thorough exercise to revisit our purpose, values and proposition. The output has been brilliant, and already had an impact on all sorts of areas of the business. She is sharp but humble with it, facilitative yet happy to push, and she brings her own contribution to the exercise while making it very much ‘ours’. If you want some standard corporate guff about ‘customer excellence’, Wren’s not your person. If you want an exercise that is thoughtful, inclusive of the whole business, thorough and brings you to an articulation of YOUR business that is absolutely YOU, then Wren is your person.”

Toby Sawday

“Wren was a joy to work with. She absolutely ‘got’ our culture and the nuances of our business and so was able to quickly, and with great skill and perceptiveness, help us to redefine our Purpose and values. This was both an enjoyable and highly valuable process.”
